1. Account Authentication & Gated B2B Criteria
This platform is strictly a high-volume Business-to-Business (B2B) distribution pipeline. Access to live price matrices, inventory software files, and physical stock dispatches out of our Choolai warehouse is granted exclusively to verified business entities, mobile retailers, registered wholesalers, corporate buyers, or commercial exporters. Gurudevs reserves the complete administrative right to reject service or terminate pending allocations if a user fails to supply valid corporate tracking credentials or legal tax registration keys (GSTIN).
2. Absolute Advance Payment Clearances
All high-volume consumer electronic products, smartphone lots, and related accessory allocations are cleared and routed strictly on an **advance payment baseline**. Confirmed allocations will not leave our Choolai logistics facility, nor will transport booking tokens be issued, until full invoice compensation is completed.
Payments must be cleared using official banking pathways, including Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS), National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT), Immediate Payment Service (IMPS), or verified corporate UPI addresses. Gurudevs does not support post-dated terms or unsecured credit structures.
3. Gated Order Placements & Cancellation Restrictions
Due to the lightning-fast speed of our AI backend systems—which automatically lock in margin lines, map transport tracks, and generate matching legal invoices—**any order placed by a dealer cannot be cancelled, altered, or recalled once confirmed**.
However, Gurudevs maintains the explicit structural right to cancel, adjust, or suspend a order on our side under specific circumstances. These include: unexpected regional warehouse stock exhaustion, complete structural courier failures, or unresolvable compliance or credit blockades identified on the buyer's profile.
4. Secure Dual-CCTV Verification Policy
To guarantee bulletproof supply line security and eliminate false claims regarding shortages or transit mishaps, Gurudevs enforces a strict data verification policy. Every single item selection, terminal scanning run, software box packing process, and final anti-shock wrapping execution is conducted on our Choolai fulfillment floor under **continuous high-resolution CCTV camera tracking arrays**.
Dealers are strictly instructed to **conduct all package openings directly under their own facility’s CCTV surveillance cameras**. In the rare event of a transit discrepancy or item issue, a dealer must provide a continuous, completely unedited CCTV opening video file with clear matching visual timestamps. Gurudevs will evaluate this against our internal packing floor CCTV records to address the issue with our courier partners. Videos that show cuts, edits, framing blocks, or missing timestamps will be disqualified under our internal policy.
5. Manufacturer Service Warranty Execution
Gurudevs guarantees that 100% of the smartphones, tablets, TVs, and tech accessories supplied across our framework are completely authentic, obtained exclusively via official brand distribution runs, and backed by proper GST invoices.
Consequently, **all hardware defects, technical component glitches, software bugs, or performance shortfalls must be addressed directly through the brand’s authorized manufacturer service centers** (e.g., Apple, Samsung, Vivo, Oppo authorized centers). Gurudevs does not accept returns or process hardware repairs at our Choolai logistics location.
